Hey there, it’s Cindy & Paige, we are the Co-CEO’s of The Ward Agency.

Together we have a passion for elevating our client’s businesses by implementing streamlined systems and giving them the ability to take back time in their daily lives. We are heavily inspired by our clients successes and experiences and strive to better ourselves and our client’s businesses everyday. Our work is meant to embody not only who we are as people, but also how we serve others.

We will implement proper systems in order to achieve automation, organization, and an overall streamlined business experience. Cindy started Client Experience & Systems Management after previously being a health & wellness coach.

She had learned the in’s and out’s of all the things required to run a business. Whether it was email marketing, client management, spreadsheet management, content scheduling– you name it, she did it!

It became a passion, to manage the backend of a business and implement proper systems to help businesses thrive. And thus was born the love for virtual assisting!

Fast forward to today, Cindy brought her daughter Paige into the business. Paige is a dental hygienist as well as a VA, so time management is engraved in her. She has a knack for organization, creativity, and streamlining systems. But her favorite part about the experience is communicating with our clients and making them feel seen.

We both have our strengths and in places where one might fall short, the other pulls through. It’s the perfect balance and we have found we compliment each other greatly as business partners! So together we created “Ward Virtual Solutions” to serve our clients with excellence.

Helping out on our family farm

Proud owners of a centennial farm here in small town North Dakota, we often are found helping my husband out during the busy season. Whether that’s me helping with the bookwork or rides to the field, or Paige running the grain cart. The farm is our happy place.

Enjoying the sunshine with our friends and family at the lake.

We may be from North Dakota, but being only an hour away from lake country Minnesota, we spend large amounts of time at our lake cabin. A small piece of heaven in our book.

Indulging in health and wellness.

We are both lovers of all things health & wellness and living a holistic lifestyle. We love a good walk and a good workout, but also a delicious nutritious meal to fuel us for our busy days. Health is wealth in our opinion.
